FlowLift is a high intensity, low impact class inspired by yoga, using light ankle and hand weights. In just 45 minutes you’ll get cardio, strength training, and sequences that work your entire body simultaneously. Students flow through seamless combination moves done at a steady space with high repetitions. This fun class is jam-packed with lunges, squats, planks, and all-fours moves that leave you sore in all the right places. Bring a towel and be prepared to sweat. We’ll keep the energy high and stay motived with a killer dance & hip hop playlist.
Carolina is a longtime student of Bryan Kest and she feels honored to present this class at SMPY. Both her and Amanda have been teaching vinyasa yoga for over 15 years and are co-owners of Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla. They created the class a year ago and have been teaching it at their studio since. It quickly became one of the most popular classes and is continuing to grow at studios in San Diego and Mexico City.
