Getting upside down is approximately 50% mechanics, 25% strength and flexibility, and 25% determination and right thinking. The most common thing that inhibits practitioners from doing inversions is simply knowing the mechanics of the body that get you there. Once that is explained and applied, poses that can appear to be years away become more accessible.
In this workshop we will target the parts of the body that require flexibilty and the parts that require strength in order to get inverted. Options will be given to progressively reach each pose. For example, in order to get into a handstand, we will start with options A, B and C that progressively lead towards a full handstand. No matter what your skill level or experience, everyone will have the opporuntiy to work towards their goal in a way that is suitable and benefical for them.
