Alice Zarka

Alice Zarka started practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to slow down mentally in college and restore physically after years of sports. Soon after beginning her practice, Alice began to connect with the mental and emotional benefits of yoga and dug into learning more about the philosophy and the practice’s guidance for daily living.

Alice completed her 200hr training in 2015 and has quickly gained creative confidence to style challenging yet playful vinyasa sequences. Alice’s aim for her classes is to help students develop and progress their daily asana practice as a means to as learn more about themselves and how to take their yoga off the mat and into their lives.
