Clare discovered yoga in college after an overuse injury left her sidelined. She realized that yoga was able to provide not only physical healing, but also a new mindset to approach future athletic endeavors. Clare completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Buddhi Yoga in 2017. Her goal as a teacher is to make yoga accessible for all practitioners through her knowledge of the physical body so that everyone may reap all the benefits of a regular practice. Clare has been particularly inspired by her own experience as a collegiate athlete at MIT to make yoga more commonly used in the sports world.
