Go for a Walk at Seaport Village

Shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful scenic views from the downtown waterfront set the perfect backdrop for a stroll with a friend, family member or lover. Seaport Village is also kid friendly so your littles can enjoy running around, street performers and candy shops.

Hang Out At the Torrey Pines Glider Port

Ever wanted to feel the vastness of the earth? Walk out to the Torrey pines reserve off La Jolla Farms Road and make your way over to the cliffs. Have a seat, take a few deep breaths and notice the energy and space around you. Don’t forget to peek down to check out the surfers at Black’s Beach.

Eat at Mister A’s

Great food, superb service and the best views of downtown and the San Diego airport. Planes buzz over your head so this place is also a big hit with the kiddos. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant for a fancy lunch or night out.

Check out the Hidden Local Beach Spots

A few lookout points along the beach stretch from Windeansea to Bird Rock. The easiest way to find them is to take a long walk from Fern Glen (little point beach) to La Cañada. Walk along the beach and then along the sidewalk on Camino de la Costa to look for the public entryways between the houses. These are the ultimate local lookouts where you can check out the surf and do a quick selfie.

Enjoy All the Yoga La Jolla Has to Offer

When we opened Buddhi Yoga we knew we wanted it to be bright, open, clean, and tucked away from all the shops on Girard Ave. It was also important to us to make the space reflect the peace and calm found just down the street at the La Jolla cove beach. Take a class at Buddhi and then walk around to enjoy our cute little town.
