Effective breathing can not only provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity it can help you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improve your body’s immune response and reduce stress. You will learn techniques for improving health and wellness and will also experience the affects of moving your body with therapeutic breath in a gentle yoga flow sequence.
