Learn how to do all types of inversions with Carolina during this two-hour workshop. You’ll begin with a warm-up flow for the first 30 minutes and then move over to the wall to practice drills for core and upper body strength. Carolina has been teaching vinyasa yoga for almost twenty years and inversions are her specialty! She has devised many tips and tricks to help students improve control and balance in all types of inversions including handstand and headstand. You’ll also discover new variations to try at home and let go of the mental blocks that are holding you back.
