James Kiernan

James took his first yoga class in 2006 and what started as a credit for college soon grew into a major aspect of his life. Experimenting with many different schools of yoga and meditation, he also sought disciplines considered outside of the box from yoga. James now pulls from a wide variety of modalities that help guide a well rounded practice to help you feel amazing both inside and out.
