Jenn Ludwig has been an athlete her entire life, with most of her time spent in the water as a swimmer. It wasn’t until she left the Midwest and moved to Hawaii that she found her love and passion for yoga. Her “California” roommates inspired her to change the way she treated and took care of her body by incorporating yoga, surfing, and clean, healthy eating into her life. After a move to Thailand, she dove even deeper into not just the physical aspects of yoga, but the mental and spiritual practices as well. This is what inspired her to become a yoga instructor. In 2018 Jenn completed her certification in San Diego and began sharing this amazing lifestyle with others.
Jenn also spends her time as a private flight attendant and loves to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into all of her flights. She inspires her pilots and guests to stay healthy while traveling!
