As a current trained dancer of all styles, Jessica uses her Ballet technique to support her teachings of FlowLIFT. Jessica fell in love with FlowLIFT from the very first class she took, as it had a drastic change on both her mental and physical state. In Jessica’s fitness journey, it took her a long time to find a workout she enjoyed and actually looked forward to. After trying out FlowLIFT, she knew it was just what she was looking for; a class that would keep her excited about working out that also had outstanding results. As a certified instructor she hopes to help others find their love for moving their body through this workout method and enjoying its many physical, mental and emotional benefits.
