Ever since Lori Lin was young, dancing and performing arts have been an integral part of her life. Later in her mid 20s, she became an avid yogi – doing group classes and private lessons with Carolina Vivas. When the Flow Lift classes began at Buddhi Yoga, she was quickly hooked on the seamless flows and challenging moves. Lori discovered a new way to strengthen her body in a fun and vibrant environment. Shortly thereafter she signed up to teach and she’s loving every minute of it. Expect to sweat like never before and use her upbeat playlists to stay motivated throughout the class.
