Mónica began her yoga journey with Ashtanga Yoga, through her practice she realized the profound impact of the connection of mind, body and breath. She soon fell in love with Vedic philosophy. She studied Ayurvedic Medicine in Colorado and is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. She believes yoga and meditation is a beautiful path to true fulfillment, and encourages the practice of yoga on and off the mat.
Moni enjoys teaching a variety of yoga styles from Hatha and Vinyasa to Pranayama and meditation. She enjoys going deep into the practice and also keeping a sense of humor and lightness through it all.
