Stephanie began practicing yoga as a way to release the physical stress from teaching daily cycling and strength training classes. After finishing college and entering the world of financial analysis, Stephanie’s practice evolved into much more. It became a vital part of her life and she craved the sense of clarity and openness she felt. She loved it so much that she wanted to offer the same feeling to others. Stephanie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Buddhi Yoga and now teaches Vinyasa and Yoga Lyft. Stephanie’s classes are upbeat, high energy, and leave her students feeling recharged.
