This 3-day intensive is designed for students who have at least 25 hours of training in the Paul Grilley Yin Yoga teaching model; with an understanding of a functional yoga practice, skeletal variations, the guiding sutra “14-10-7”, and the basics of how Sound Healing complements the practice.

After you’ve been introduced to the fundamentals presented in Yin Yoga Foundations (Level One), the Level 2 Training will expand your teaching strategies, lift your confidence and unlock your creativity in sequencing, verbalizing ques, and pose modifications. Rich with hands-on practical experience, this is the next step to gaining a solid foundation as a Certified Yin Yoga Instructor. Post-training, you will have the option to shadow and assist Jeny as her apprentice at two Yin Yoga and Sound Healing classes within a three-month range. Learn more here.
