Charlotte‘s yoga journey began in 2008 when she started practicing Bikram Yoga with her mother. She quickly fell in love with it and continued to explore various styles of yoga offered throughout San Diego and Northern California over the next 12 years.

Charlotte has a background in Ashtanga, Rocket Vinyasa, Bheemashakti and Kundalini. She enjoys physically challenging classes that prioritize the breath and self mastery of the body.

I truly believe the best students make the best teachers, and our level of expertise is usually dependent on our amount of experience with the practice.”
