Vera created her personal training and health coaching business in order to help others create happier, healthier lives through fitness and nutrition. A former collegiate runner, Vera is on a mission to share her passion for health and fitness with those who are looking to make lasting and meaningful lifestyle changes. Vera uses her strength training background to add creative and dynamic moves into her FlowLIFT routines! With her holistic approach to coaching, Vera provides guidance on daily routines, clean eating, and all the elements of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Vera’s goal is to ensure that each client walks away with a solid foundation and results that they know how to maintain on their own. Vera encourages all of her clients and class participants to find their own fitness passion by exploring as many exercise modalities as possible- she teaches that health is not “one size fits all” and encourages others to create their own path to health and well-being!
“I love this girl so much! Honesty alert: I don’t love working out. I know it’s good for me, the endorphins are beneficial, etc, etc…but, running for a hundred miles or doing a bunch of push-ups is not my idea of a fun time.
